Russian passport (main page and registration) or international passport (for foreign citizens), and a driving license (both sides).

Your rental agreement and all related documents will be ready by the time you pick up the vehicle.

All our vehicles are insured under KASKO and OSAGO policies. Your liability is limited to the KASKO deductible as per the rental agreement.

The deposit is refunded within 30 calendar days after the rental ends, provided all contract terms are met.

A 20% prepayment of the rental cost is required to confirm the booking.

You can make a prepayment through the online service on our website.

You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, or MIR cards at our office or online.

Upon arrival, our manager will contact you. The car is handed over at the airport parking lot.

Additional drivers are allowed if they meet the same requirements and provide the necessary documents.

Cars are delivered clean with a full tank. Please return in the same condition, or pay for washing and refueling.

Most of our cars use AI-95 petrol, with some exceptions requiring diesel fuel.

We will promptly replace the vehicle with an equivalent one at no charge.

No hidden fees. Airport delivery, winter tires, and driver kit are all included.

Child seats and boosters are available for an additional fee. Please book in advance.

No mileage limits within the region.
